10 Minute Tailgate: Clemson
This week, the Hokies return home for a fall afternoon kick vs the Clemson Tigers. I have made an old family staple this week, some hot ham and swiss rolls. For the beverage, I found a recipe from a local Clemson establishment, the John C. Old Fashioned. This twist on the old fashioned, adds a citrus twist that really pairs well with the bourbon. Hope you all enjoy and lets beat the Tigers!
