10 Minute Tailgate: Louisville
Grandaddy's Chili and a Bourbon Flight
It's spooky season, and the Hokies are hosting Louisville on the day after Halloween. Every Halloween, I make a giant pot of chili to warm everyone up after a night of trick-or-treating. I'm sharing with you the recipe that my father taught me and that he learned from his father. It contains two meats and 5 types of beans and is awesome for a cool fall afternoon tailgate!
To pair with this, because Louisville is the bourbon capital of the world, I'm doing a Bourbon flight and sampling some random selections from my collection. Just don't mix these with sodas!
Enjoy and GO HOKIES!
