Snoopy's Dogs and Irish Slammers
When I lived in Raleigh in the Early 2000's I worked as a bartender at many establishments in the Glenwood South District. This week I am paying tribute to a couple of those fine locations that "nourished" my youth. First the Snoopy's Dog, a late night staple that blends all of the choice flavors of a traditional Carolina Dog. The beverage this week, pays tribute to my favorite spot, The Hibernian. The "Irish Slammer" is kind of ubiquitous, however paying tribute to the "Hibi" was not something I could pass up! Enjoy
