10 Minute Tailgate: Vanderbilt
It is well known across the college football, that Hokies everywhere LOVE their tailgating. I was lucky enough to grow up going to Tech games and had the benefit of learning the science of tailgating from my family who, as Tech alums took pride in creating the perfect spread each week.
Each week with the 10 Minute Tailgate I will provide a curated recipe and cocktail themed to the Hokies' opponent that week. Hopefully Tech Fans can prepare these recipes for tailgating at Lane Stadium or on the road, or if you're like me, and live far away from Blacksburg, use these recipes for a little homegating!
This week, the Hokies play at Vanderbilt. The two items we have prepared, a Fried Pickle Dip and a Nashville Hot Honey Bourbon Smash, will make a great addition to any tailgate (or homegate) this Labor Day Weekend!
Thank you to my beautiful wife Acey, for providing the editing and camera work!
