From Blacksburg to Austin
Earlier today, Daniel Pereira was selected number one overall in the MLS SuperDraft by Austin FC, joining Bruce Smith and Michael Vick as the only Hokies to be drafted number one overall.
Pereira, a 5'9 sophomore from Roanoke started all 26 games during his Virginia Tech career, scoring 6 goals and registering 6 assists in these games.
On belief of Hokie Nation, we wish Daniel nothing but the best in Austin!
