Week Two is Underway!

Week two is in the books and our Prokies are just getting started! Let's see how they did.

Duane Brown

The Seahawks suffered a heartbreaking loss against the Titans losing 33-30. However, Duane Brown increased his run-blocking grade to 90.2 making him first in that category according to PFF. He's also the 10th overall rated tackled according to PFF.

Chuck Clark

After an impressive week one performance, Clark held strong in the secondary in their thriller against the Chiefs Sunday night. He recorded two tackles

Terrell Edmunds

Terrell had another solid week even though they couldn't quite overcome the Raiders. He recorded five tackles and two "stuffs", a new stat tracked by PFF and other statistical databases.

Tremaine Edmunds

The Bills linebacker core is going to have a great season. Tremaine's teammate, Matt Milano, is ranked #1 overall by PFF.

With 'Maine on the other side of him, they will be a formidable duo all season. In their shutout against the Dolphins, he recorded three tackles.

Kyle Fuller

The Broncos are off to a 2-0 start, shocking most NFL fans. Kyle along with his counterparts Patrick Surtain II and Bryce Callahan have caused major issues for opposing QB's.

Kyle recorded two tackles this week in their win over the Jaguars.

Kendall Fuller

After a shaky first week against the Chargers, Kendall looked to be himself this week in Washington's wild win over the Giants on Thursday night. He recorded eight tackles, a stuff, a pass deflection, and a sack.

Tim Settle

While Settle didn't record a stat this week against the Giants, he still had a pretty big week for himself. Congrats Big Tim!

Joey Slye

Slye started for the second week in a row making three XPs in the loss against the Browns. He was moved to the practice squad on Monday, but is already called up to start again in week three as the Texans starter, Ka'imi Fairbairn, won't be available again.

Wyatt Teller

Teller and the Browns sure looked like the old Cleveland we all know at beginning of their game against the Texans. However, they pulled it out in the second half to secure the win.

Logan Thomas

Thomas had another solid week, especially those in PPR fantasy leagues. He recorded five receptions for 45 yards in Washington's win.

Injury Report

Tyrod Taylor

I try to do these as unbiased as I can, but this one really makes my gut wrench. After one of his best week one performances and then leading the Texans over the Browns in week two, it all came to a halt at the end of the first half.

Tyrod is said to be out for "several weeks" with a hamstring injury and was placed on IR.

Christian Darrisaw

The rookie is still battling his groin injury suffered in the off-season, he was upgraded to questionable from out for this weekend.

Caleb Farley

Farley was downgraded to questionable this week after being active in week two as he is still getting back to speed from his back injury.

Coach's Corner

Bruce Arians

Coach Arians led the Buccaneers to a dominating win (48-25) over the struggling Falcons on Sunday. Tom Brady looked vintage out there and the Bucs are the current favorites to win the Super Bowl, again.

Welcome to the Terror Dome my fellow Hokies. I am a 2019 graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Agribusiness along with minors in Communication Studies and Entrepreneurship. I come from a Hokie family. My mom, dad, sister, grandfather, uncle, great uncle, two cousinsā€¦.you get the point, I bleed maroon and orange. I canā€™t even remember the last time I missed a Virginia Tech football game in person or on TV, laptop, iPhone, or even radio (the 2003 Texas A&M game). I am located in the beautiful small town of Seaford, Virginia working for a coffee company in research and development. In my free time you will see me playing golf, fishing, or playing electric guitar. Yes, I know how to play Enter Sandman. So to my Sons and Daughters of Hokie Nation, START JUMPING!
