Order Processing
- Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer support team at admin@sonsofsaturday.com.
- Order Processing Time
- Orders for tickets and reservations are processed immediately upon confirmation. In the event they are for football games, they will be distributed once obtained from the original vendor.
- Merchandise orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your merchandise order has shipped.
- Order Modifications
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Modifications or cancellations requested after this period cannot always be guaranteed.
Shipping and Delivery
- Tickets and Reservations
- Tickets and reservation confirmations are delivered electronically via email immediately after processing. In the event they are for football games, they will be distributed once obtained from the original vendor.
- Please ensure that your email address is correct when placing your order.
- Merchandise Shipping Methods and Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order.
- You will be able to review shipping costs before completing your purchase.
- Merchandise Shipping Time
- Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship merchandise to addresses within the United States and selected international locations.
- Please note that we do not ship merchandise to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order

- Once your merchandise order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our carrier’s website.
- Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your merchandise package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at admin@sonsofsaturday.com.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
- Tickets and Reservations
- Tickets and reservations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of a cancellation by the organizer.
- In the case of an event cancellation, please contact us for further instructions.
- Merchandise Return Policy
- We accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

- Merchandise Exchange Policy
- If you received a defective or incorrect merchandise item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item and will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
