Braylon Johnson and Coach Loren Johnson

The fireworks came a little early in the month of July as 3* Safety Braylon Johnson announced his commitment to Virginia Tech on the first day of July. Braylon is not only a great pickup from an in state perspective (Highland Springs High #VA2VT), but he is also a legacy commit as he is the son of former Tech standout, Loren Johnson who also serves as the head coach for the Springers football team.

Both Braylon and his father joined the show to discuss the pledge to VT and how Virginia Tech's relationship with Richmond area schools has shifted over the last decade plus.
