Catching up With Roc Carmichael

Rashad Bernard "Roc" Carmichael was recruited from Gwynn Park, HS in Brandywine, Maryland. During his time at Tech (07-'10), Roc was a 3x ACC Champ, had 10 interceptions, and went on to be selected by the Houston Texans in the 4th round.

After a few years in the NFL and a season in the Canadian Football League, Roc now spends his time mentoring young athletes and aiding them in their development both on and off the field to prepare them to play at the next level.

Roc also just visited VT with a handful of recruits and got to spend some time checking out the facilities and catching up with the new staff. We discuss this trip and a whole lot more!
