A female-owned business, founded by an ex-FBI professional with a culinary degree! Just Chippy's creates gourmet large and mini cookies. We believe extraordinary cookies begin with extraordinary ingredients, sourced right from our community.

Our large and mini cookies are bursting with seasonal flavors. We offer a menu of six set cookies with additional cookies based on the season.
 

My work at the FBI taught me a thing or two about precision and dedication which has carried over to the quality I bring to every batch of cookies I bake. Culinary school sealed the deal, and now I'm thrilled to be sharing my creations with the world. Get ready for cookies that are anything but ordinary!

My entrepreneurial spirit began early; at the age of nine, I was selling fresh produce and homemade treats at my farm stand, Scrappy's. From Scrappy's to Just Chippy’s, my journey has always been about bringing people joy through food. As a young entrepreneur, I discovered the satisfaction of creating something delicious and sharing it with others. Even during my time with the FBI, that passion stayed with me. Now, I'm combining my early entrepreneurial spirit with my culinary training and a deep appreciation for quality and precision to create truly exceptional cookies.

I played on the Virginia Tech Women's soccer team and received scholar athlete of the year (two times). Shout out to Chugger Adair, VT Women's Soccer Coach, who gave me the opportunity to play at VT and also greatly appreciated the weekly baked goods I would bring to practice. During my time at VT I also interned with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and then accepted a full time position with the FBI upon gradating. I am now receiving my degree in Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education, graduating in May (right on time for my commercial license and to take Just Chippy's to the next level).
