Coming off the best season in program history, the Hokies are looking to prove that they're here to stay on the national level. Led by star hitters Carson DeMartini and Jack Hurley as well as phenom pitcher Drue Hackenberg, the Hokies will bring an exciting offense and a fiery pitching staff to to English Field at Atlantic Union Bank Park.
The ACC is yet again one of the toughest conferences in the nation boasting 10 teams as projected to make the NCAA Regionals. The Hokies are one of those teams, and have expectations of hosting a Regional for the second consecutive season.
The Hokies baseball season has its first pitch in Charleston, SC on Friday, Feb. 17th against College of Charleston. The Cougars are reigning CAA champs and are predicted to repeat this season with a top notch starting pitching rotation and an experienced.
