Virginia Tech returns to Blacksburg for a home opener under the lights against an ACC opponent, Boston College. The Golden Eagles, led by Phil Jurkovec are coming off of a week one loss themselves after they fell short at home to Greg Schiano and the Rutgers Scarlett Knights 22 to 21.

This is a huge game for both teams, especially given this is the first time Brent Pry will run out of the tunnel as the head coach of the Virginia Tech Hokies.
