Sons of Double Whammy! | The Jordan Long and Chris Ellis Interviews
This week we have a double whammy for y’all!
Last week, we were able to sit down with both Jordan Long and Chris Ellis to discuss their respective careers at Virginia Tech. The first interview you’ll hear is Jordan Long’s, where he chats about his recent promotion to Assistant Director of Creative Media, how he got his start, what inspires him, and all of the exciting projects the Virginia Tech media production team has in the works.
On the back nine, we interviewed former Virginia Tech defensive end Chris Ellis, who now coaches his former playing position at the University of Richmond. Ellis was a part of two of the top ranked college football defenses in 2005 and in 2006, playing alongside other notable Hokie greats like Macho Harris, Brandon Flowers, Carlton Powell, Jonathan Lewis, Vince Hall and Xavier Adibi. Chris won two ACC titles under head coach Frank Beamer, and still carries the Lunch Pail defense mentality with him everywhere he goes.
Both Virginia Tech graduates are now thriving in their respective career fields, and we appreciate their time! We hope y’all enjoy!
