The Sons of Saturday had better call the doctor... because in the famous words of Spongebob Squarepants, we've got SPRING FEVER. Spring sports at Virginia Tech are awesome. It's a time to get outside, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and make memories with your friends. And this spring, there is no better place to do that than at a Virginia Tech softball game. This past week, I was joined by Hokie softball seniors Grace Chavez and Jayme Bailey to talk about their upcoming season. I actually had the chance to meet them both while in Los Angeles, CA when the team made the trip to play UCLA on Memorial Day weekend in 2021.

On todays' episode, Grace and Jayme both discuss the implications of this upcoming season, tuning out the noise, Bud Foster's tweets, and which match ups the team is the most excited about.
