Terror Dome Terrorizes The Tar Heels!
Well that was fun.
And that's an understatement. Of the most epic proportions. Listen, I've never been happier to have been wrong about a score prediction. But I was right about Sam Howell throwing for less than 285 yards, so I guess that counts for something? Regardless, what matters at the end of the day is the victory itself. And we got it, y'all. Just look at how fired Athletic Director Whit Babcock is about it.

To start off this podcast, the fellas and I read a myriad of Hokie Haikus submitted by several tried and true Sons of Saturday. We then dive head first into a general discussion and breakdown of the game itself, what we liked on both offense and defense, the gameday experience as a collective and how it can improve going forward, and then we wrap out with a few quick new segments that we can't wait for y'all to hear.
Oh, and this week's win brings back #FiredUpFu, which we couldn't be more excited about. Coach Fu was feelin' the energy of Lane Stadium on Friday night.

WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT #FIREDUPFU HAS RETURNED, AND IT IS BETTER THAN EVER! #HOKIES pic.twitter.com/axBAtXRJm4
Lastly, we want to thank everyone who came up to greet Billy Ray, Pat and myself this week in and around Blacksburg. We also want to thank everyone who had anything to do with us having a phenomenal time making memories for this inaugural 2021 season gameday - we appreciate you all beyond what words can describe. It was so great to meet even more Hokie faithful, the Scribes of Saturday, and some of our favorite Hokie Twitter personalities. Hearing your stories is absolutely incredible.
Like many of you, we're just elated to be back in Lane Stadium. Hell, look how emotional it made Bill.
It was inevitable.

Going forward, keep your eyes peeled for more gameday pins, stickers, and miscellaneous swag. We absolutely love and appreciate seeing everyone rocking those around town on Gameday!
For now it's a goodbye from the Sons on Labor Day weekend in the 'Burg. It's open season y'all - Go Hokies!
