10 Minute Tailgate: Clemson

Coach Holmes of Sons of Saturday prepared a Clemson-themed tailgate menu. He made a fried bologna sandwich, a nod to the famous Esso Club. He also mixed a Pickletini, a drink from the Tiger Town Tavern.
Holmes demonstrated how to prepare the bologna sandwich, including notching the bologna to prevent curling. He then showed how to assemble the sandwich with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, and pickles on a brioche bun. For the Pickletini, he combined vodka and pickle juice. He encouraged fans to enjoy these items while watching the Hokies play Clemson.
