Sons of Saturday — Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sons of Saturday ("we," "us," "our") and govern your use of the Sons of Saturday mobile app and website (together, the "Service"). You must accept these Terms before using the Service — including when browsing as a guest — and by using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account).

3. Community standards — zero tolerance

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This applies everywhere fans can post: the forum, the fan wall, comments, and live chat.

Objectionable content and abusive behavior include: harassment, bullying, or threats; hate speech or discrimination; sexually explicit material; violent or graphic content; spam or scams; impersonation; posting someone's private information; and anything illegal.

To keep the community safe:

• Report: every post, comment, and chat message has a Report action.
• Block: every user can be blocked directly from their content or profile; blocked users' content disappears from your view.
• Enforcement: content that breaks these Terms is removed, and offending accounts are suspended or permanently ejected. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

We may remove any content or restrict any account at our discretion to protect the community, with or without notice.

4. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you grant Sons of Saturday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service so the community can see it. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to anything you share. This license ends for a given item when you delete it, except for copies already shared with other users (for example, quoted in the forum) or kept as required by law.

5. Memberships and purchases

Paid memberships, event tickets, and merchandise are billed through our payment provider (Stripe). Membership subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel; cancel any time in the app or on the website, effective at the end of the current period. Prices are shown before you buy. Intro offers apply to first-time subscribers only. Physical goods and event tickets are subject to the policies shown at purchase.

6. Our content

Articles, shows, podcasts, video, logos, and branding in the Service belong to Sons of Saturday or its licensors. You may enjoy them in the Service; you may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute them.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party services — for example, YouTube for video playback, Stripe for payments, and Google for notifications and ads. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Section 3), or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature survive termination (4, 6, 9, 10) survive.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sons of Saturday is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will ask you to accept the updated Terms in the app before continuing. Continued use after acceptance means the updated Terms apply.
