10 Minute Tailgate: Georgia Tech

Coach Holmes is back with another 10-Minute Tailgate, just in time for the Hokies' homecoming game against Georgia Tech. This week's menu features a chopped Chick-fil-A chicken club sandwich and a custom cocktail, the GT Ricky.

The sandwich uses marinated chicken thighs, grilled and then chopped, served on French bread with Chick-fil-A sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, bacon, and shredded cheese. The GT Ricky is a twist on a gin rickey, made with vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lime, topped with club soda. Both recipes are designed for a 3:30 PM kickoff tailgate.
